November 2007: Senator Grassley's Finance Committee questionnaires go to six media-based ministries. The minority staff review (released 6 Jan 2011) wrote that WCCI 'did not provide responses to any of the questions and was, therefore, the least cooperative'; his lawyer had asked the senator to refer the matter to the IRS or get a subpoena. The staff traced a 1984 jet owned by World Heir, Inc., a for-profit with Dollar as CEO, and listed flights that 'could not be verified'. The inquiry ended with no penalties or charges.
